It has the advantages of stable performance, free height adjustment, repeated use, simple structure and convenient support. Method of use of adjustable steel roof 1. Swing the adjusting nut to the lowest position with the handle first. 2. Insert the upper tube into the lower tube to near the desired height and then insert the pin into the adjustment hole located above the adjustment nut. 3. Move the adjustable steel support top to the working position, and rotate the adjusting nut with the handle to make the adjustable support top fix the supported object.
